TV3 – Nudes (T1xC6)

Role: Music score and sound design.

I had the opportunity to participate in the series “Nudes” of 3Cat, produced by Vertigo Films, and the chapters where I worked were directed by Carlos Villafaina. I contributed in the composition of the soundtrack, where I was in charge of composing both diegetic and extradiegetic music, according to the director’s indications.

My goal was to maintain tonal coherence with the context of each scene, supporting the meaning and visual narrative of the series. In this chapter I worked on this parallel montage scene where the main character has a flashback while swimming.

The context is the party, which recalls moments from previous chapters, where my role was to compose several pieces, all of a festive nature, to give continuity to the narrative, where the protagonist has an important revelation. In this one, there are different spaces and contexts, combining various rooms of the house with the immersion in the water of the pool where the character swims, which makes the sound design difficult.

So I had to create the sound taking into account the situational context of each moment, both in the space of the party, as well as the intensity of each moment, which grows more and more.
